Every person/tattoo reacts differently to the laser so it's impossible to give an exact number of treatments needed. At the consultation we will be able to give you a rough idea based on experience.
It really depends on your pain threshold! It can be faily uncomfortable for some people and OK for others. The sensation has been descibed as like an elastic band snapping on your skin. We use a Cryo 6 cold cold air machine to help with comfort levels.
Laser is a non-invasive procedure so will not produce scarring. However, if the aftercare instructions are not adhered to and infection occurs, then scarring could potentially happen. Full verbal and written aftercare instructions will be given following treatment.
You need to leave between 6-8 weeks in-between sessions: this is to allow your body to process the shattered ink particles.
